At Yoga Without Walls, we believe that yoga should be accessible to
everyone regardless of age, body type, physical ability or financial
status.

Yoga Without Walls is
yoga by the people and for the people. Classes
are designed so that everyone is able to attend and draw benefits from
the practice. The classes are offered in public spaces (parks, libraries,
etc.) to anyone who wishes to reconnect with themselves through this
ancient practice. It is completely accessible physically and financially
to everyone.

In these challenging times, it is more important than ever to find
peace in our daily lives. Yoga, meditation and breath work brings us
back to ourselves. These tools empower us to remember and recognize
that we are all connected and we are so much greater than we realize.
Through consistent practice we are able to find the greater strength
and peace within us to face and shape the challenging times in our
lives.

We invite you to take an hour of your day or your week to focus on
healing and empowering yourself and invite the ideas of harmony,
unity and serenity off the yoga mat and into your daily life.

We believe that we can make a change for ourselves and the
community. Through this change we believe that walls, both those
that are real and those that are perceived, can be dissolved.
